WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF GETTING LINKED?

We’ll size the chain on your wrist, ankle, or neck and agree on the fit before connecting it with a small, secure link. The finish is smooth and clasp-less, so your piece feels like part of you from the very first moment. The process takes 10–20 minutes.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LINKING & WELDING?

Linking uses a tiny hand-closed link secured with pliers to join the chain, while welding fuses the links together using specialized equipment. Linking is gentle, portable, and allows us to link you almost anywhere — perfect for pop-ups and on-the-go appointments.

WILL MY LINKS TARNISH?

No — our chains are made from durable, tarnish-resistant materials and are designed for everyday wear. They’re waterproof and won’t change color. With basic care, your piece will keep its shine for years. Should your piece tarnish, contact us to get it replaced for free.

WHAT IF I WANT TO REMOVE MY LINKS OR WISh TO GET RELINKED?

If you ever want the chain removed or to have it preserved for future relinking, just contact us and we’ll arrange it. If your chain accidentally comes apart, we will relink it at no additional charge.

WHAT ARE CHAINS MADE OF?

Our chains are crafted from premium stainless steel and are available in gold, silver, rose gold, and black hematite finishes.

I LOVE YOUR CHAINS - BUT CAN I HAVE A CLASP INSTEAD?

Yes - if you prefer a removable option, we can add a discreet clasp. Keep in mind that adding a clasp means the piece will no longer be permanently linked, but it offers the flexibility to remove and re-wear whenever you like.

IS IT JUST BRACELETS?

Not at all. We make a variety of permanent pieces, including bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and rings. Ask about available chain lengths and styles so we can design the perfect everyday piece for you.
