WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF GETTING LINKED?

We’ll size the chain on your wrist, ankle, or neck and agree on the fit before connecting it with a small, secure link. The finish is smooth and clasp-less, so your piece feels like part of you from the very first moment. The process takes 10–20 minutes.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LINKING & WELDING?

Linking joins the chain with a discrete circular link secured using pliers, while welding permanently fuses the chain together with specialized motorized equipment. Linking is a gentler, more flexible process and can be done almost anywhere—making it ideal for pop-ups and on-the-go appointments.

WILL MY LINKS TARNISH?

No — our chains are made from durable, tarnish-resistant materials and are designed for everyday wear. They are waterproof and won’t change color. With basic care, your piece will keep its shine for years. Should your piece tarnish, contact us to get it replaced for free.

Should you wish to remove your piece and preserve for future relinking, simply reach out and we’ll take arrange it. If your chain accidentally comes apart, we’re happy to relink it at no additional charge.

WHAT ARE CHAINS MADE OF?

Our chains are crafted from premium stainless steel and are available in gold, silver, rose gold, and black hematite finishes.

I LOVE YOUR CHAINS - BUT CAN I HAVE A CLASP INSTEAD?

Yes - if you prefer a removable option, we can add a discreet clasp. Keep in mind that adding a clasp means the piece won’t be permanently linked, but it offers you the flexibility to remove and re-wear it whenever you like.

IS IT JUST BRACELETS?

Not at all. We make a variety of permanent pieces, including bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and rings. Ask about available chain lengths and styles so we can design the perfect everyday piece for you.
